Tucon Construction Corporation has new leadership atop its ranks. The Dulles, Va.-based general contractor recently promoted Paul Taylor to president of the company and named Chris Jenkins as vice president. Taylor, who previously served as Tucon's senior vice president, has 25 years of experience in commercial construction, including conceptual estimating, bidding, client and subcontractor relations, and project closeouts. Jenkins has 26 years of experience in commercial construction and has been with Tucon since 1998.
