ABC Washington's chairman Brian Mattingly vows to fight
union-only project labor agreements; and SMPS holds its
first Mid-Atlantic regional conference.
Brian
Mattingly, of Largo, Md.-based Goldin & Stafford, became
the Associated Builders and Contractors, Metropolitan Washington
Chapter 2006 chairman of the board. Mattingly promised to
continue fighting union-only project labor agreemtns on Washington,
D.C.'s new baseball stadium, as well as increase apprenticeship
programs and political activism. Attending the swearing-in
ceremony held earlier this year, back row, left to right,
